Attorney-at-Law  · Partner with the Law Firm Dyer & Maher.

With over 40 years experience, I can confirm that knowledge is the foundation for making decisions. An informed client will better understand the scope of legal issues he or she is facing and will make a better choice than one who is burdened with inexperience or lacking necessary information. I analyse the facts, apply the law, and educate my clients. This can save them both time and money.

I have been practising law in Pennsylvania since 1974. I am currently a partner with the law firm Dyer and Maher. In addition to my Juris Doctor law degree from Temple University School of Law, I hold an Estate planning Certificate from the Temple University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program. I have also been an approved AARP Legal Services Network attorney.

I am committed to quality representation of my clients at fair and reasonable fees. My clients range from members of the local business community to retired persons in assisted living communities. In addition to assisting the small business entrepreneur, a large portion of my practice involves counselling in estate planning, estate administration, and preparation of wills, trusts, healthcare directives and powers of attorney.
